Steps to change background color in document on Windows 10:

Step 1: Launch Registry Editor.

Step 2: Open the Window value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Colors.

Step 3: Change the value data to 202 234 206 and tap OK.

Step 4: Turn on the Window value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE /Microsoft/Windows/ CurrentVersion/Themes /DefaultColors/Standard.

Step 5: Type caeace in the value data box and click OK.

Step 6: Turn off Registry Editor.

Step 7: Restart the computer to bring the changes into effect.
