Step 1: Press Windows+U to open Ease of Access Center.

Step 2: Choose Make it easier to focus on tasks in the settings.

Tip: You can also select another setting named Use the computer without a display.

Step 3: Tap down arrow, choose a time from options (i.e. 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute and 5 minutes) and click OK.
