Way 1: Open it via the taskbar.

Right-click any blank area on the taskbar, and select Properties in the context menu.

Step 1: Open Control Panel.

Step 2: Type taskbar in the top-right search box, and tap Taskbar and Navigation.

Tip: In this step, you can also enter taskbar and choose a setting under Taskbar and Navigation such as Auto-hide the taskbar, Customize the taskbar, Group similar windows on the taskbar, Lock or unlock the taskbar and Turn toolbars on the taskbar on or off.
