Steps to show traffic or streetside in map view on Windows 10:

Step 1: Click the bottom-left Start button, expand All apps in the menu and hit Maps.

Step 2: Tap the Choose map view button on the right menu, and switch on Traffic or Streetside.

Tip: The second procedure can also be realized by keyboard shortcuts. In detail, you can press Ctrl+T to turn on Traffic and use Ctrl+S to toggle on Streetside.
