Step 1: Click the user icon on the top right corner of the Start menu and select Change account picture in the list, as shown in the picture below.
Step 2: In PC settings interface, choose Users on the left and tap Add a user at the bottom of the right side. Please look at the following screen shot.
Step 3: Type a user name, enter a password, reenter the password, input password hint and click Next to move to the following step, as the following picture shows.
Step 4: Click Finish to complete the changes to PC settings.
