Method 2: Open it with a run command.
Use Windows+R hotkeys to open Run dialog box, type the command of devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Method 3: Access Device Manager through Command Prompt.
Step 1: Turn on Command Prompt.
Step 2: Enter devmgmt.msc and press Enter to access it.
Method 4: Open it by searching.
