Hold on pressing <strong>F11<\/strong>, and start HP laptop until the Advanced Options screen appears. Select \u201c<strong>Restore Factory Settings<\/strong>\u201d and follow the system restore wizard to do step by step.<\/p>\n<p>If not, continue to follow the introductions below.<\/p>\n<h2>Reset HP Laptop to Factory Settings with One Key<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Start your laptop, and continuously press<strong> F10<\/strong> when F10 appears in the left bottom side of the screen. Select it after reading the introduction.<\/li>\n<li>Delete the system recovery disk partition, select it and click \u201cNext\u201d to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Begin to <strong>restore HP laptop<\/strong> when you click the Next button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> When system recovery finished, you can reboot or close Windows.<\/p>\n<p>When the HP laptop restarts next time, set Windows system information according to the prompting message.<\/p>\n<p>After finish setting system information, the HP laptop would run successfully.<\/p>\n<h2>Usage Description about System Recovery Program:<\/h2>\n<p>When you click the\u00a0<strong>Start<\/strong> menu, choose \u201cSystem Restore\u201d in All Programs, you would see three options.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. PC Restore.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click this and the PC Restore window would pop up. Two options would be listed, Microsoft System Restore and PC Recovery.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select Microsoft System Restore and click Next. \u00a0A prompting window pops up. Click \u201cOK\u201d and it would be the same as system restore.<\/li>\n<li>Choose PC Recovery, and the laptop would reboot automatically again. The next steps are the same as that of one key recovery program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One laptop only creates one a serious of laptop recovery programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Create a disc for PC recovery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;PC Recovery Disc Creation program&#8221; and insert a blank CD-ROM into the laptop to create a series of recovery discs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to make sure that the hard disk is in factory partition mode before creating the disc. The system partition and recovery partition have not been destroyed. A laptop only could create one system recovery disk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Application and Drive Program Recovery.<\/strong> Click this option and you could see the application and drive window.<\/p>\n<p>Choose the application program installation or drive program installation, and click Next. Select the programs we want to install and click the \u201cInstall\u201d button.
