If you want to <strong>change the program priority<\/strong> temporarily, Task Manager in Windows 7 is good for you. But if you need to <strong>set process priority permanently<\/strong>, only Task Manager is not enough.<\/p>\n<h2>Change Process Priority in Windows 7 via Task Manager Temporarily<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Open Task Manager in Windows 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just right click on taskbar on Windows 7 computer desktop. The pop-up menu will show an option &#8220;<strong>Start Task Manager<\/strong>&#8220;. It means only changing process priority via Task Manager cannot permanently setting programs priority.<\/p>\n<p>But it means you cannot do that? Surely it is not. If you get <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prnwatch.com\/prio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Prio<\/a>, the <strong>Process Priority Control<\/strong> to install on your computer, set program priority permanent is not a problem any longer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isunshare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/install-process-priority-control-tool.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4785\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"513\" height=\"399\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4785 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isunshare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/install-process-priority-control-tool.png\" alt=\"install process priority control tool\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isunshare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/install-process-priority-control-tool.png 513w, https:\/\/www.isunshare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/install-process-priority-control-tool-300x233.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prio<\/strong> will save the applied changes, and each time you start this process from now on, it will set the saved priority for it.
