However, what should we do if we forget the BIOS password to our computers? Turn off the computer and unplug the power cable.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2. Move the Jumper to connect the center pin and the original pin again after a few seconds.<\/p>\n<h2>Way 3: Remove the BIOS Password with the BIOS Backdoor Password<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Tips:<\/strong> The Dell computer is taken as an instance here.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Step 1. Start the Dell computer and immediately press <strong>F2<\/strong> in a continuous way to enter the BIOS.<br \/>\nNote: About other brand computers&#8217;BIOS backdoor passwords, you can search them on the Internet because they are changed at times by their manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2. Type<strong> Dell<\/strong> into the &#8220;BIOS Password&#8221; prompt interface and hit the<strong> Enter <\/strong>button. Then you will be taken to the main BIOS screen.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3. Select <strong>Restore Defaults<\/strong>\u00a0from the BIOS menu and press the\u00a0<strong>Enter <\/strong>button. This step will restore your BIOS back to its original settings.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4. Choose the <strong>Save Changes and Exit <\/strong>option. After that,\u00a0hit the\u00a0<strong>Enter <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, the 3 ways above are helpful for removing the BIOS password.
