Steps to add last Intel AHCI driver to Windows 7 PE disk:<\/h2>\n

1. Download the latest Intel AHCI Driver in the following link, and unzip it to a folder.

2. Run \u201cDeployment Tools Command Prompt\u201d as administrator. You can follow \u201cStart<\/strong>\u2192All Programs<\/strong>\u2192Deployment Tools Command Prompt<\/strong>\u2192Right click it and choose Run as administrator<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

3. Use DISM Command to mount windows 7 PE wim image to a folder. That is, type DISM \/Mount-Wim \/Wimfile:d:\\winpe\\winpe.wim \/index:1 \/Mountdir:d:\\winpe\\Mount<\/strong> in \u201cAdministrator: Deployment Tools Command Prompt\u201d run box and press Enter<\/strong>, as the following screen shows.<\/p>\n

4. Add last Intel AHCI driver to mount folder. In this step, because there are two setup inf files named \u201ciaAHCIC.inf\u201d and \u201ciaStorAC.inf\u201d in the \u201cf6flpy-x86.zip\u201d, so you must add both of them. And the concrete steps are as follows. Firstly, type dism \/image:d:\/winpe\/mount \/add-driver \/driver:g:\\driver\\iaAHCIC.inf<\/strong> and press Enter<\/strong>. Secondly, type dism \/image:d:\/winpe\/mount \/add-driver \/driver:g:\\driver\\iaStorAC.inf<\/strong> and hit Enter<\/strong>. You can refer to the red boxes in the picture below.<\/p>\n
