Change Language of Map Labels on iPhone/iPad

The labels in Maps on iPhone and iPad are shown in English by default, which brings inconvenience for those in the areas where English is not the local or main language. However, you can change language of map labels by turning off Always English or Always in English on your device, and the detailed operation is illustrated below.

Steps to change language of map labels on iPhone/iPad:

Step 1: Open Settings and enter Maps.

Step 2: Under Map Labels, click the switch to turn off Always English.

Tip: The setting is replaced by Always in English in some iOS.

After these steps, you can obviously see the language change in Maps if you are in an area where English is not the local or main language.
