You can add new items to the Send to menu (see the following pic.), and delete unnecessary options from it. For detailed operation, please keep reading.

Step 1: Press Windows+R to display Run dialog, type shell:sendto and tap OK to open the SendTo folder.
Step 2: Add new item or delete old item in the folder.
