Way 1: Open it by search.
Go to the Search bar using Windows+F hotkeys, type resmon in the search box, select Apps and tap resmon tool in the result.
Way 2: Turn on Resource Monitor with a run command.
Press Windows+R hotkeys to open Run dialog, enter resmon and click OK.
Way 3: Open it with the help of Command Prompt.
Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Input resmon in the Command Prompt window and hit Enter on the keyboard.
Way 4: Open Resource Monitor through Windows PowerShell.
Step 1: Press Windows+Q to enter the Apps screen, find and click Windows PowerShell to access it.
Step 2: Type resmon in the Windows PowerShell window and press Enter.
Way 5: Open it through Task Manager.
Step 1: Start Task Manager.
Step 2: In the Task Manager, choose Performance tab and click Open Resource Monitor on the bottom.
