Way 1. Clear the cache partition

Step 1. Boot to Recovery mode.

Turn off your Samsung phone and follow the instructions below to put your phone in Recovery mode.

If your phone has a Home button, press the Volume down and Power button for 7 to 10 seconds to restart your device. When the phone vibrates, keep pressing the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together. Then release all buttons when the Samsung logo appears.

Step 2. Wipe cache partition.

Use the volume down buttons to choose the Wipe cache partition. Then press the Power button to continue. When your device finishes cleaning the cache partition, press the Power button to choose the Reboot system now. Now your device should be able to reboot successfully.

Way 2. Close all third-party software through Safe mode

Sometimes, phones are stuck on the logo when you are trying to repair third-party software or update software. It may be the cause of a software problem or a systematical error. When a phone is in the Safe mode, all the software would be disabled. It means that you can find the faulty software and delete it.
