Way 1: Change time zone in Control Panel.

Step 1: Access Control Panel.

Step 2: Enter zone in the search box, and choose Change the time zone from the result.

Step 3: Click Change time zone in the Date and Time window.

Step 4: Select a time zone and hit OK.

Way 2: Set time zone in Settings.

Step 1: Open Settings.

Step 2: Choose Time & language.

Step 3: In the Date & time settings, select a new time zone.
