Steps to add and remove sites to pop-up allow list in Windows 10:

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer, tap the top-right Tools button (i.e. the gear icon) and choose Internet options.

Step 2: In the Internet Options window, open Privacy and hit Settings beside Turn on Pop-up Blocker.

Step 3: Add sites to the pop-up allow list or remove sites from the list.

1. As the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog appears, type website address in the top empty box and hit Add. Then, follow suit to add more websites to the list.

2. Select sites in the list and tap Remove to remove them from the list.
