Steps to change press and hold duration for right-clicking on Windows 10:

Step 1: Access Control Panel.

Step 2: Type pen in the search box and choose Pen and Touch.

Step 3: In the Pen and Touch window, select Press and hold and click Settings.

Step 4: Under Press and hold duration, move the slider to the left to shorten the duration, or move it to the right to lengthen the time, and then tap OK.
