Steps to remove warning when closing all tabs in IE on Windows 10:

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer, press Alt+T to open the Tools menu and tap Internet options.

Step 2: In the General settings, click the Tabs button to continue.

Step 3: As the Tabbed Browsing Settings window shows up, deselect Warn me when closing multiple tabs and hit OK.
