By default, when you use Siri to make a phone call or do other things, you can always get voice feedback. If you want to get the feedback only in hands-free mode, you can customize voice feedback of Siri by means of the following method.
Steps to customize voice feedback of Siri in iPhone and iPad:
Step 1: Access SettingsGeneralSiri.
Step 2: Tap Voice Feedback to continue.
Step 3: Choose Always (i.e. the default) or Handsfree Only.
