Press Windows+X to show the menu, and select File Explorer in it.

Way 5: Open it via Run.
Press Windows+R to show the Run dialog, input explorer.exe and hit OK.
Way 6: Access it via CMD.
Step 1: Start Command Prompt.
Step 2: Type explorer and press Enter.
Way 7: Open it by Windows PowerShell.
Step 1: Enable Windows PowerShell in Start Menu.
Step 2: Input explorer.exe and click Enter.
