It is quick and efficient to open file explorer with Windows key + E shortcut.
Press Windows+X to show the menu, and select File Explorer in it.

Type file in the search box on taskbar and tap File Explorer in the result.

Press Windows+R to show the Run dialog, input explorer.exe and hit OK.

Step 1: Start Command Prompt.
