Windows 10 offers an alphabetical All Apps list inside the Start Menu, where you can find every installed application. The article lists two methods to open all apps in Windows 10/11 computer for your reference.
Click the bottom-left Start button on desktop, and tap All apps in the menu to expand the full, alphabetical app list. Then scroll manually or click a letter to jump to apps starting with that letter.

Step 1: Open the Run dialog.
Step 2: Enter shell:appsfolder and press Enter key. Soon you can get view of all installed apps (including Store apps and desktop programs).

How can you see all running apps on Windows 10/11 computer? You can view all open programs via Task Manager.
Go to open Task Manager and go to the Process tab. Here you can see all running apps.
