Step 1: Open Command Prompt.

Right-click the Start button (or the bottom-left corner), and select Command Prompt in the menu.

Step 2: Access Command Prompt Properties.

Right-tap the title bar and choose Properties on the context menu.

Step 3: Chang cursor size in the Options settings.

In the provided cursor size options, choose one from Small, Medium and Large, and then click OK.
