Steps to create Hardware settings shortcut on Windows 10:

Step 1: Right-tap blank area on the desktop, open New in the menu and choose Shortcut from the sub-options.

Step 2: In the Create Shortcut window, enter %windir%\system32\systempropertieshardware.exe, and click Next.

Step 3: Change the shortcut's name if you dislike the default one (i.e. SystemPropertiesHardware), and select Finish.
