Enable/Disable Show All Icons in Notification Area on Win 10

By default, Windows hides some icons to keep the taskbar uncluttered. However, you can customize which icons appear. By following below methods, you can customize the visibility of icons in your Windows 10 notification area to suit your preferences.

Method 1: Using Settings

Step 1: Open Settings.

Step 2: Choose Personalization to continue.

Step 3: Click Taskbar, and tap Select which icons appear on the taskbar.

Step 4: Turn on Always show all icons in the notification area to display all icons. Alternatively, toggle individual apps to show or hide their icons.

Method 2: Using the Classic Notification Area Icons Dialog

For those who prefer the classic interface:​

Step 1: Press Windows key and R key together to open Run dialog.

Step 2: Input shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9} and hit the OK button.

Step 3: Soon, the Notification Area Icon window comes. You can go to check or uncheck the option --Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar.

Step 4: Click OK to save the change.
