Way 1: Change wheel setting in Mouse Properties.

Step 1: Access Control Panel.

Step 2: Type mouse in the search box and tap Change mouse settings to open Mouse Properties.

Step 3: Choose Wheel, select One screen at a time under Roll the wheel one notch to scroll and click OK.

Way 2: Change the related mouse setting in Mouse & touchpad settings.

Step 1: Enter mouse in the search box, and tap Mouse & touchpad settings in the result.

Step 2: Under Roll the mouse wheel to scroll, click the bar where Multiple lines at a time is and select One screen at a time on the menu.
