The navigation pane (see the following pic.) on the left in File Explorer enables you to quickly access the files and folders in it. To show or hide it, you can refer to the guidance illustrated below.

Step 1: Open File Explorer.
Step 2: Choose View on the menu bar, tap Navigation pane, and select or deselect Navigation pane in the list.
Before long, the navigation pane is shown or hidden in File Explorer as required.
