Way 1: Turn on the app in Start Menu.

Step 1: Click the lower-left Start button, and open All Apps.

Step 2: Open Windows Ease of Access, and tap Magnifier.

Way 2: Start Magnifier by Search.

Tap the Search button on the bottom-left corner, type magnifier in the search box and click Magnifier in the results.

Way 3: Open the program via Run.

Press Windows+R to show the Run dialog, type magnify and click OK.

Way 4: Start it through Command Prompt.

Step 1: Open Quick Access Menu with Windows+X, and select Command Prompt on it.
