How to Connect Surface Pro 4 to External Monitor

(2) Select "Connect", and in the list of displays, select the name of the wireless display.

3. Set up Screens to Explore more

(1) Select the search box in the task bar, enter “task bar” and then select “task bar settings” in the search results.

(2) Select “show task bar on all monitors” under the “multi-monitor”.

(3)Select one of the following options in the “show the taskbar button” list:

All taskbars: all taskbar buttons in open windows are repeated on each monitor's taskbar.

Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open: the taskbar button is displayed on the main monitor and the open windows' taskbar.

Taskbar where window is open: the taskbar button will only appear on the display with the window open. No buttons are displayed repeatedly in other taskbars.

5. Move Apps between different Screens
