You can use the following two methods to run Command Prompt as administrator on Windows 10 computer.
Step 1: Press Windows+X to show the menu, and choose Command Prompt (Admin) in it.

Step 2: Select Yes in the User Account Control window.

Step 2: Tap Yes to allow CMD to run as administrator.

The standard user does not have administrator privileges and therefore cannot perform the task of running command prompt on Windows 10 as an administrator. You need to change the standard user to an administrator account first.
Step 1: Press "Win + R" shortcut to bring up the "Run" program, type "netplwiz" and click "OK", You will enter the user account settings panel.

Step 2: Select the account that you need to change the user's identity and click "Properties".
Step 3: Select "Administrator" option in "Group Membership", and click "Apply", then the standard user will be changed to Administrator.
