Way 1: Make it via the Quick Access Menu.

Step 1: Press Windows+X to show the menu, and choose Command Prompt (Admin) in it.

Step 2: Select Yes in the User Account Control window.

Step 1: Search cmd, right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator on the menu.
