Component Services is a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in that allows you to configure and administer Component Object Model (COM) components, COM+ applications, and Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) services. Input dcomcnfg in the search box on the taskbar, and click dcomcnfg on the top of the list.
Start Run using Windows+R, type dcomcnfg and tap OK.
Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Input dcomcnfg.exe and press Enter.
