Step 1: Right-click blank space, point at New on the menu and choose Shortcut in the sub-menu.

Step 2: When the Create Shortcut window appears, enter c:\program files\windows journal\journal.exe and tap Next.


Step 3: Type Windows Journal or your desired description to name the shortcut, and then hit Finish.
