Step 1: Open Command Prompt.

Step 2: Right-click the Title bar on the Command Prompt window, and choose Properties in the menu.

Step 3: In the "Command Prompt" Properties dialog, open Options, select Enable line wrapping selection under Text Selection, and then tap OK.
