Show or Hide Menu Bar/Favorites Bar/Command Bar/Status Bar in IE

Some users don't know how to show the Menu bar in Internet Explorer on their Windows computers when they find that it is missing. Thus, this article respectively illustrates how to show and hide IE toolbars (see the following picture) including Menu bar, Favorites bar, Command bar and Status bar on Windows 10 computer.

Part 1: Show Menu bar/Favorites bar/Command bar/Status bar in IE

Open Internet Explorer, press Alt+V to open the View menu, click Toolbars and select Menu bar, Favorites bar, Command bar or Status bar in the sub-list.

Tip: You can show one toolbar at a time. If you want to show all IE toolbars, repeat the process above to select them one by one.

Part 2: Hide Menu bar/Favorites bar/Command bar/Status bar in IE

In Internet Explorer, click View on the Menu bar to open the View menu, point at Toolbars and deselect Menu bar, Favorites bar, Command bar or Status bar.
