Method 1: Create Task Manager Shortcut with Notepad

Step 1: Access the Apps screen with Windows key+Q, and click Notepad to open it.

Step 2: Enter the run command of Task Manager (i.e. taskmgr) in the Notepad.

This step can be realized by the following two procedures.

1. Tap the top-left File tab in the Notepad, and click Save As in the list to continue.
