Step 1: Open the Privacy settings through search.

Open the Search bar by use of Windows+F hotkeys, input privacy in the box, choose Settings and click Privacy on the result page.

Step 2: Turn the related setting on.

In the Privacy setting, there is a sub-setting called "Let apps use my name and account picture", and it is turned off by default. To turn it on, click the switch under this setting, as shown in the screen shot below.
