Way 1: Remove Recycle Bin by hiding it in the Desktop Icon Settings.

Step 1: Open the Desktop Icon Settings.

Press Windows+F to go to the Search bar, enter recycle bin in the empty box and choose Settings. Then click Show or hide common icons on the desktop on the results page.
