Steps to turn on Highlight Content or Highlight Words in iPhone and iPad:
Step 1: Enter SettingsGeneralAccessibilitySpeech.
Tip: Access Speak Selection if there is no Speech in the Accessibility settings.
Step 2: Find Highlight Content on the bottom, and tap the switch to turn it on.
Tip: In some iOS, there is Highlight Words instead of Highlight Content in the settings, so turn on Highlight Words, as exhibited in the following screen shot.
