DxDiag is particularly useful for troubleshooting game, video playback, or driver-related issues. Support personnel often ask users to "Save All Information…" within DxDiag and provide that report for more precise diagnostics.You can turn on DirectX Diagnostic Tool by means of the four methods illustrated below.
Type dxdiag in the lower-left search box on desktop, and click dxdiag on the top of the list.

Step 1: Access Command Prompt.
Step 2: Input dxdiag.exe, and press Enter on the keyboard.

Display the Run dialog using Windows+R, type dxdiag and tap OK.

Step 1: Open Windows PowerShell through Start Menu.
Step 2: Input dxdiag and hit Enter.
