Print Management is a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in that provides a centralized interface for managing printers and print servers. It allows administrators to install, view, and manage all printers and print servers within an enterprise. Accessing this tool can be accomplished through various methods. Below are four effective ways to open Print Management.

Note:

  • The Print Management console is not available in Windows 10 Home Edition. It is included in Windows 10 Professional, Enterprise, and Education editions. If you're using Windows 10 Home and need to manage printers, you can use the Devices and Printers settings via Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.

Way 1: Access Print Management through Run.

Open Run by Windows+R, type printmanagement.msc and tap OK.

Input printmanagement.msc and choose printmanagement.msc on the top of the result.

Step 1: Get into Command Prompt.
