Work folder enables automatic synchronization of files between user devices and company servers, facilitating seamless remote work. You can open Work Folders on Windows 10 computer by means of the following five methods.
Type work in the search box on desktop, and choose Work Folders from the list.
Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Input workfolders.exe and press Enter.
Step 1: Get into Windows PowerShell from Start Menu.
Step 2: Type workfolders and click Enter.
Press Windows+R to show the Run dialog, input workfolders and hit OK.
Step 1: Open Control Panel.
Step 2: Type work in the top-right search box, and select Work Folders or Manage Work Folders.
After opening Work Folders, you can set them up by following these steps:
Step 1: Click Set up Work Folders.
Step 2: It requires to enter the work email address. Just finish it and click the Next button.
Step 3: Provide your company credentials when prompted.
Step 4: Input the URL of your company’s Work Folders server if asked.
Step 5: Check all the information and hit the Next button.
Step 6: Choose I accept these policies on my PC and hit Set up Work Folders.
This setup enables synchronization between your device and the company's server, ensuring you have access to your work files across devices.
