Steps to hide Lock in account picture menu on Windows 10:

Step 1: Access Power Options.

Step 2: Click Choose what the power button does on the left.

Step 3: Tap Change settings that are currently unavailable in the System Settings window.

Step 4: Deselect Lock under Shutdown settings, and then hit Save changes.

Tip: To show Lock in account picture menu again, make sure Lock is selected.
