Generally speaking, all the drives on your Windows 10 PC are optimized automatically and regularly. If you only want some drives to be optimized on a regular schedule, you can go to specify the drives according to the following instruction.

Steps to specify drives for automatic optimization in Windows 10:

Step 1: Open Control Panel, type defragment in the top-right search box and click Defragment and optimize your drives.

Step 2: Choose Change settings in the Optimize Drives window.

Step 3: Tap Choose on the right of Drives to move on.

Step 4: Select the drives you want to optimize on the regular schedule, and then hit OK.
