Way 1: Turn Windows Defender on from Apps screen.

Open the Apps screen by Windows logo key+Q, and click Windows Defender on it.

Way 2: Open Windows Defender via search.

Go to Search panel with Windows logo key+F, input windows defender in the box and choose Apps. Then, tap Windows Defender on the result page.

Way 3: Turn on Windows Defender in Control Panel.

Step 1: Access Control Panel.

Step 2: Type windows in the top-right search box and select Windows Defender in the results.

Way 4: Open Windows Defender in Computer.

Press Windows logo key+E to open Computer, find MSASCui in Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/Windows Defender and double-tap it.
