1. Search File Explorer on your computer

2. Find your Apple iPhone from the left pane

3. Click Internal Storage

4. Tap the DCIM folder

Way 2: Delete Photos from iPhone through iCloud.com on Windows 10

You can view your photos and choose what you want to delete through icloud.com from any browser on your PC. Photos deleted from iCloud.com will also be deleted on other devices logged in with the same Apple ID.

Step 1: Open iCloud.com in a browser and sign in your Apple ID.

Step 3: You can see two buttons right at the top of the figure. In Moment, your photos are automatically sorted by day. Please choose what you want to delete and tap the delete sign in the upper right.

Note that if you want to delete some photos at once instead of deleting them one by one, you can press Ctrl + Alt simultaneously; if you want to delete all, you should select all by pressing Ctrl + A.

Step 5: After that, click Delete when a prompt indicates whether you want to delete items from all your devices. By doing so, these items will be deleted from iCloud Photos on all your devices.

Warning: If you've accidentally deleted the photo you want, you can go to Recently Deleted on the left menu to restore it.
