Enable Use Legacy Console for Command Prompt in Windows 10

In Windows 10 Command Prompt, you are able to use line wrapping selection, change opacity of cmd window, use Ctrl key shortcuts (i.e. Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and Ctrl+A) and realize other new features.
