Enter math in the search box on taskbar, and choose Math Input Panel in the result.
Access Start Menu, click All apps, select Windows Accessories and tap Math Input Panel.
Step 1: Get into This PC.
Step 2: Open Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/Common Files/microsoft shared/ink, and then double-click mip.
Step 1: Launch Run.
Step 2: Type mip in the empty box and hit OK.
Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Input "%commonprogramfiles%\microsoft shared\ink\mip.exe", and press Enter.

"c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\ink\mip.exe"
